Ladies and gentlemen! Boys and girls I am proud to announce that Hunting for Christ is now open! I welcome each and every one of you to my little internet world of hunting fantasy. I am still learning in hunting because it is always a different experience with animals especially deer(the boogers are skittish) but I have grown wise in my 6 years of sitting, waiting, shooting, dragging, and eating. If you have any questions I would be more than happy to answer them, and if I don't have an answer I shall ask my father what he thinks because he is my go to guy on all questions hunting.
What I've learned in the treestand has helped me through difficult times I do some of my best thinking while I'm watching and listening. And I've talked to God many of times about different things. Being up in the stand 4 hours twice a day can get lonely sometimes and pretty boring if the deer aren't moving at all. Squirrel hunting that's a different story because you're always moving to different trees. But it still good to sit down and pray as well unless you're hunting with your father and then you bug the fire out of him by teasing or just talking. It's also the time my favorite verse has come in handy: Philippians 4:13 I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me. Now y'all might be thinking hunting is easy and I'm here to tell you slow down Skippy it is not easy. I can't tell you how many times I have had to stand up holding a very heavy object from thirty minutes to an hour waiting on a deer to come out of the woods to figure out it was a dang squirrel(it's worse when you have Buck Fever). It is also very hard losing deer, I have cried over deer before I am not ashamed to admit it I'm very passionate about my deer hunting and the only reason I kill deer is for my family to eat. If it wasn't for God's wonderful creations my family and I wouldn't eat as good as we do. God provides he always does. I don't just only like to hunt deer I love to watch them as well I always get a kick out of seeing a doe and her baby playing out in a field together. They are beautiful creatures in every possible way but they sure as heck taste good. Anyway I'm babbling now and it's getting kind of late but all you avid hunters stay safe and respect your surroundings, your choice of hunting instrument, and the animals you hunt. God bless you all and happy hunting!

Bye bye Fangirl on the Farm
Hi guys! Been forever hasn't it? Well I decided to give you some good news and bad news first bad news. Fangirl on the Farm is dead and it's time for a change. I still love writing posts about my fandoms but now me and my best friend Ashie has a blog specifically for that. You can see it here. But like I said good news I'm redoing Fangirl on the Farm into an all out Christian hunting blog!!! I know I know a lot of my followers aren't hunters some of them might be against hunting but I'm doing this for me. I love hunting it's one of my passions and let's face it, it has almost been a full year since my family and I have left farming I haven't changed though there is still much country left in this ol' gal. So with that being said pardon the mess as I start over and begin anew.
